KINGLASSIE DOUBLE MATURED is a heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky from InchDairnie Distillery. 100% Fife grown barley has been heavily peated using mainland peat to 50+ppm. KinGlassie has been matured, first in ex-Bourbon casks for five years, followed by three years in Amontillado casks. This meticulous maturation ensures exquisite notes of heavy tobacco smoke with rich layers of almonds and nuts, resulting in a long charred, almost chewy finish.
100% FIFE BARLEY Carefully dried with Scottish mainland peat to 50+ppm.
DOUBLE DISTILLED & DOUBLE CONDENSED resulting in more copper contact to achieve a refined spirit, all while saving energy.
DOUBLE MATURED IN FIFE IN EX-BOURBON & AMONTILLADO CASKS then bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered for maximum flavor.
A LIMITED ANNUAL VINTAGE distilled once a year, for less than a week every winter.
Tasting Notes
Color: Almond Brown.
Aroma: Smoke and tobacco with rich layers of almonds and nuts.
Flavor: The nuttiness and velvet wrapped smoke perfectly balances with a lovely long char-filled chewiness.

KinGlassie RAW has been matured for eight years exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks, this limited-edition release amplifies the whisky’s raw, untamed character. Earthy peat meets rich sweet maltiness, resulting in a textured whisky that delivers a bold yet nuanced flavor.
